These Terms and Conditions apply to all users, including both users who are simply viewing the website and users who are purchasing goods through the website. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as making a purchase signifies acceptance of these terms.
If you enter any prize competitions or other promotions on the website, separate terms and conditions may also apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

Lovalin Products
Lovalin products comply with various environmental and quality standards to ensure the sustainability and durability of our fabrics. Please note the following important information:
- Fabric Quality: Our GRS range products are made from recycled materials and are certified by the Global Recycled Standard (GRS). The quality and performance of the fabric are maintained through stringent processes.
- Usage: The protection offered by our fabrics may be lessened if the fabric is stretched, wet, or subjected to normal wear over time.
Colours
Colours depicted on the website should be used as a guide only, as some fabrics and materials may appear different depending on lighting conditions, resulting in colour variations shown on the website.
Delivery
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure correct delivery address details are provided to Lovalin at the time of placing the order.
The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning customs requirements.
Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
- Hygiene Reasons: Due to hygiene reasons, we are not accepting returns or exchanges on certain items, as noted on the relevant product pages.
- Condition: Returned goods will only be accepted if they are in their original condition, which means unworn and unwashed with all original tags still in place. If deemed not in original condition, the customer will not receive a refund or exchange, and the good will be sent back to the customer. All exchanges are final and cannot be returned for a refund or further exchange.
- Damage or Incorrect Items: Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We will assess the item and, if deemed damaged on arrival or faulty, will provide a replacement where possible or exchange.
- Lost Parcels: We do not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been delivered and signed for. We recommend using a recorded or signed-for service post and retaining proof of postage for returned goods.

Governing Law

Quarterly Review Draw – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Lovalin, trading as Lovalin (“Lovalin” or “the Promoter”).
2. Promotion period
The promotion operates on a quarterly basis.
Each quarterly promotion period begins at 12:00 am AEST/AEDT on the first calendar day of the relevant quarter and closes at 11:59 pm AEST/AEDT on the final calendar day of that quarter.
The quarterly promotion periods are:
- 1 January to 31 March
- 1 April to 30 June
- 1 July to 30 September
- 1 October to 31 December
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter, its contractors and agencies directly associated with the promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
4. How to enter
To enter, an eligible customer must submit a genuine product review through a Lovalin review request or on the Lovalin website during the promotion period.
Each eligible product review receives one entry into the draw.
The review may be positive, neutral or negative. The content or star rating of the review will not affect the entrant’s chance of winning.
No additional purchase is required beyond the original purchase associated with the review.
5. Valid entries
Reviews must reflect the entrant’s genuine experience with the product.
Duplicate, fraudulent, automated, misleading or otherwise invalid reviews may be excluded.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify that an entrant purchased or used the reviewed product.
6. Prize
One winner will receive a $100 Lovalin digital gift card.
The total prize pool is AUD $100.
The gift card:
- is not redeemable for cash;
- cannot be transferred or resold;
- is subject to Lovalin’s standard gift card terms; and
- expires only to the extent permitted under applicable Australian law.
7. Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the relevant quarterly promotion period.
The draw will take place at 12:00 pm AEST/AEDT on the first business day of the following quarter in Melbourne, Victoria, using a random computer-generated selection method.
The first valid entry selected will be the winner.
8. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their order or review within two business days of the draw.
The winner must respond within 14 days of receiving the winner notification to claim the prize.
The Promoter may publish the winner’s first name and surname initial on the Lovalin website or social media after notifying the winner.
9. Unclaimed prize
If reasonable attempts to contact the winner are unsuccessful, or the prize is not claimed within 14 days of the winner notification, the winner will forfeit the prize.
A redraw will take place at 12:00 pm AEST/AEDT on the first business day after the 14-day claim period has ended, using the remaining valid entries from the relevant quarterly promotion period.
The replacement winner will be contacted within two business days of the redraw.
10. Review disclosure and moderation
Participation in the promotion does not guarantee that a review will be published.
Reviews remain subject to Lovalin’s usual review moderation policies. Reviews will not be removed or rejected solely because they are negative.
Where required, reviews submitted as part of this promotion may be identified or disclosed as incentivised reviews.
